Currents we nursery schools here Mwanza and Bukoba provided free education, and Internet cafe Mwanza support local people knowing emails and communication , we plan start Radio and Television basic of child and women human rights .

The organization which is founds in Yeji Parambo-sawaba in Brong Ahafo
Region in Ghana. Which is one of the poor communities in Brong Ahafo
Region. Our targeted areas of operation are deprived and rural oriented
communities within the urban areas in Ghana. Though we have been trying
our possible best to give the children the best in live. But we are facing a lot of challenges which include financial and educational
facilities such as school building, Library books and computers for studies.
There is no help from anywhere to support our aims and objectives for these
Children. Farming is our source of capital in supporting the organization. We need support from any Foundation that supports NGO in Africa to support us. We also need volunteer from any country to come and work with us or visit us.
We need support from any foundation that can support us to improve Education, culture, farming and the potentials of the children in the community. Please, how can we get access to your sponsorship?

Uit het vonnis:
Er zijn geen stukken door Xoops Foundation LLC overlegd waaruit [afspraken blijken] terwijl concrete stukken waaruit kan blijken dat er een verbintenis bestaat die kan worden gekwalificeerd als een rechtsverhouding tussen Coomans c.s. en Xoops Foundation LLC en welke verplichtingen voor die partijen met zich meebrengt, ontbreken
Oftewel u houdt daar wel een leuk verhaal maar kom eens met bewijs dat het zo zit.

En in plaats van dan met bewijs te komen, gaan ze huilie doen op die blog dat dit vonnis “definitely a warning to other Open Source projects” zou zijn. Nee, je hebt t gewoon niet goed aangepakt en geen administratie beheerd. Afspraken niet op papier gezet, emails niet bijgehouden. Dat noemen we met een koninklijke term “een beetje dom”.

De term “ongerechtvaardigde verrijking” (art. 6:212 BW) is echt volstrekt misplaatst, dat is zwaaien met juridische termen om je gelijk te claimen. Wederom is er geen bewijs overlegd dat de domeinnaam van de stichting had moeten zijn.

Bevestigd door anderen? En waarom zijn die dan niet als getuige komen opdraven? Of waarom is er niet op zijn minst een verklaring overlegd van die anderen?

Vonnis:
[Dit alles] is wederom gemotiveerd betwist en daarna niet door Xooops Foundation LLC onderbouwd met concrete feiten.
